Energy Section of the Regional Chamber of Commerce of Central Bohemia held a small demonstration of a new wind power generation of turbines in Kladno. The weather on November 15, 2011 was unpleasant and frosty. Despite the planned, demonstration of a new wind turbine WT 6500 which is installed in the industrial zone in Kladno, took place. Even in this bad weather there were 18 companies representatives attended. Although the It was cold, frosty and almost calm, wonder of wonders happened - the turbine spinning. Its great advantage is that the start-up wind speed is from 0.2 m / s. Thanks to engineer Bath, whose company provides import into Central and Eastern Europe, including countries of the former Soviet Union, and expert commentary that made this new facility, this equipment is constantly refined and it is in great demand. Production is sold out for 2 months in advance. Other turbines will be installed at the airport in Prague - Ruzyne. Authorized dealer for the Central and East Bohemia is the company Enofip.

Windtronics East is very pleased to announce that 2 presentations, on the BTPS 6500 and Windtronics East, will be given to potential dealers and customers in Bucharest at 1100 hours on both Wednesday 16 February  and Thursday 17 February. More than 2000 visitors saw our exhibition at Střechy-Solar 2011

                BTPS 6500 wind turbine was the highlight of Střechy-Solar 2011 exhibition, which took place at the Holesovice, Prague during 27-29 Jan 2011. More than 2000 visitors were impressed not just with special construction and technical features of Windtronics system, but they were also interested to learn details about its delivery, installation, performance and operations in the Czech Republic as well as other central and eastern European countries. We were very busy answering enquiries not just from experts in alternative sources of energy, which were especially interested in Solar part of fair, but also many questions from general public, which are exploring new opportunities to minimise their ever growing electricity bills of their households, summer houses and company facilities. It becomes obvious that the recent years double digits growth of „grid“ energy prices makes everybody search the market for alternatives to the traditional electricity consumption from the grid. No doubt the Windtronics BTPS 6500 small wind turbine represents such alternative.
